We got to interview Mohamad Ali AlAhmar, the Founder and General Manager of Al Ahmar Marketing Hub. He is a passionate entrepreneur, especially when it comes to developing and scaling up brands.

What are your goals?
I have always been passionate about helping others, especially in business, to develop and scale their brands. It has always been a personal ambition of mine to support individuals, and I found digital marketing to be the perfect opportunity. Through digital marketing, we can make a speedy, fast impact on society as a whole and assist striving entrepreneurs and established brands to rise the ladder. This is why I founded Al Ahmar Marketing Hub.
Of course, as we move forward, our goal is to someday transform the marketing landscape from traditional to digital in the most effective ways.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
While we pride ourselves in the quality of work we offer, I would say our major strength in Al Ahmar Marketing Hub is our client-oriented approach; we are client-centric, and we do our job with integrity and dedication to meet client expectations and deliver the best results possible. Having a healthy customer experience relates directly to our goal; it is the core of our work to help each individual succeed in their journey.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
It was a challenging path. After the COVID-19 pandemic took over the world, we found the best way to help small businesses was by shifting their offline models to digital platforms. I took so many courses as I had little experience in the digital marketing field as I come from a sales background. After some time and dedicated studies, I found that the core point of any effective marketing strategy is to understand the consumers’ behaviors when they are buying any product or service. This is where my experience in sales complimented my mission and added more value to the digital marketing services we are providing at Al Ahmar Marketing Hub.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
I started Al Ahmar Marketing Hub to help people worldwide succeed in their businesses and to tailor a strategy to meet their needs according to their budget. My passion for helping them led me to start and take charge of my company. It isn’t a matter of choice to be the head of Al Ahmar Marketing Hub; it is my duty to lead the company and its people to succeed.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of my biggest challenges was to develop our services very fast with very limited resources and keep our standards high as usual. Starting a company comes with great responsibilities to uphold and improve the quality of work for a successful customer journey while keeping the team’s health and well-being in mind. The digital marketing landscape is constantly advancing, so keeping up with the updates and developing the right strategies and programs to exceed the requirements are truly challenging.
Give us one word that describes you the best.
Believer. It is such a simple word but holds significant meaning behind it. The word “belief” is intimate – it’s personal; it is not attached to material aspects… it reflects who you are as a person and is unaffected by external circumstances.
With strong belief, you are determined. Your belief in a cause or a mission will drive you to constantly push yourself forward despite the obstacles that may come to you, and once you’re determined to achieve anything in life, nobody can stop you from doing so.
What makes you excited about Mondays?
I love Mondays! Mondays are the start of the week when opportunities stand waiting for you. On this day, we should be well-prepared early in the morning, ready to embrace the day and the week with positivity and enthusiasm.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?
The people. I value each individual in Al Ahmar Marketing Hub. We are human-centric and try as much as possible to balance employees’ work and personal life and always give them back when they deserve it, motivating them and encouraging them to push their limits. Of course, I value our clients too; as I previously mentioned, they are our partners in success, so we do our job with integrity and responsibility.
Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
Every project we encounter requires innovation and creativity in our field – there is no limitation! Every blog, article, post, advertising campaign, video, and strategy demands creativity.
There is, however, one project in particular that got to me! I had this customer that had no content, no budget, and of course, we wouldn’t use external sources so that we maintain authenticity. But reality hit: we had to deliver a return on investment and needed an advertising campaign.
This project required all hands – and brains – on deck. Eventually, we brought ourselves together, got some sample materials from the client, and directed a photoshoot in our office to create a compelling video for our audience. I am very proud of the results we received – you could say this was one of our most successful campaigns.
What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
Our main strategies are adaptability and transparency. We have developed an internal working process that is fully digitalized and easy to adapt according to customer needs and requirements with minimal effort to deliver unique, customized solutions efficiently at a fast pace. Within this strategy lies the focus on the customer journey, too. No matter where our customers are around the world, we always make sure to be present, conduct video sessions with them, and be as transparent and honest as possible to help them understand even the seemingly most challenging aspects of our field for improved collaboration and partnership.
What are the key values which helped you to overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career?
There are five key values that I go by and have integrated at Al Ahmar Marketing Hub: commitment, integrity, positivity, accountability, and creativity. Each of these is valuable on its own, and together they form wonders. No obstacle stands in our way as long as we hold on to our five pillars. When one has set these core values, every obstacle is merely a challenge to help you strive; you perceive problems as opportunities and obstacles as ladders. You become indestructible.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
I see a change for the better, of course. Realistically speaking, every change is a gate to improvement, even if it appears to be negative. We will cover a great portion of the global market two years from now by extending our services to countries beyond the MENA region. I anticipate we will achieve breakthroughs in the industry with our hard work and aspiration to find fast, effective, and long-lasting solutions that improve the lives of the consumer, the brand, and our team.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
When our clients sign with us, they aren’t simply signing a contract for social media management or media services – the contract represents a long-term partnership. When they choose to join us, these entrepreneurs and businesspeople trust us with their most cherished creations – their dream. This partnership is the start of a new journey for both our clients and us; we help lead them to the ideal path for their brands to grow by advising them with our business development expertise to develop a healthy model that grants them better results and helps generate a unique consumer experience.
What are your company’s services/solutions or products on par with the current industry standards?
We offer a wide range of digital solutions that help brands level up their online presence, such as social media marketing, campaign planning and implementation, strategy design, website development and refinements, and crafting plans for Google Ads campaigns and high SEO rankings. Each strategy is customized to the client’s unique needs in which we advise them on the best path to scale their business in the best ways possible.
Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership.
I always believe that leadership is a spirit born in an individual; their consistent skills development in parallel with human morals and characters makes this person a great leader. A Leader sets an example for people to follow their example and get inspired by them. This is when a leader fulfills their duty and starts developing someone else to take this challenge and move it forward. Without those people, those great leaders, we won’t be able to achieve anything in life. One memorable incident I experienced throughout my leadership journey was to inspire others to accomplish more, do more, and become more. I can feel and see this inspiration in their everyday life, and I’m sure, one day, they will be great leaders too.
Tell us something about your upcoming products or services.
This is a big one! We have great plans for the upcoming services. I won’t reveal much, but I will share a glimpse of our bright digital future. We are currently developing a sister company dedicated to providing media production services. The other services we’re working on are NFTs and VR marketing! The market is massive, and there is great potential in these two areas. We look forward to the launch of these services, so stay tuned!
