Explain the background of you and the company in detail.
As a financial expert with extensive experience in startups, I’ve worked on some of the region’s most successful projects in business development, investment, merger and acquisitions, and valuation.
To begin with, I used to work as a financial advisor. Advising on the legal, financial, and business aspects of large-scale business projects while working on structuring and restructuring the entire project. I have extensive experience implementing business strategies to maximize shareholder value and return on investment.
Master planning and business analysis of all types of business, from startups to medium to large-scale projects, have been my focus for more than 15 years, especially within the digital services divisions. I am well-known for my pioneering role in positioning multiple organizations as world-class. In addition, I spearhead the growth strategy of organizations that have a presence in multiple countries.
I am also the Founder and CEO of the Orderak platform, which was built as a super app to focus on developing prime digital services. I also manage large-scale projects in high-growth markets.
What are your goals?
To witness and have a footprint in developing the digital sector in this promising region.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
Our region is a future-forward economy, offering untapped potential and unique business opportunities. It holds exciting potential and opportunities for investors. A great economy with a young and a new, highly educated generation. As part of the new vision, many economic reforms have succeeded in creating new business opportunities, leveraging key strategic assets, and driving economic growth and diversification.

What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
My career journey was hard but varied. I studied business at university, did my master’s in finance and banking, and wanted to be a banker. At first, I thought it was a brilliant job. Everyone seemed very happy and professional. Then I started figuring out myself for real within corporate life when I realized in university that they had educated us in theory but never really taught us how to make money. Instead, they have educated us to work for money which, in my opinion, is wrong.
I’m thankful for all the things that are coming my way. It frees up my time to do much more in a day. No boss to report to, and I could work when I wanted to. I truly believe this is the way of living life, but this is only my opinion.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
With the new vision where all the governments are shifting to digitizing all kinds of business sectors, the Orderak Platform system, with its advanced tech, will be the perfect system to be implemented in such a time, and that will add value and help the society.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Implementing such an advanced friendly, all-in-one system might sound like an overwhelming task for a smaller organization. However, workers and our strong team believe implementation will be perfectly done within the perfect era.
Current trends in business and technology show that the way employees work — where, when, why, and with whom — will change completely over the next decade and bear little resemblance to work as it stands today. Organizations will gravitate toward a new work philosophy. This philosophy involves designing flexible teams in response to fluctuating workloads, shrinking time frames, and intense information exchange and coordination flurries.
The “AI” that we have built in our system will create autonomous and high-performing teams that form, converge, act and dismantle as assignments change. Fueled by autonomy and trust among teammates, “AI” reduces the need for human managers to assemble teams and monitor performance.
The impact of OUR system and technology will exponentially increase the rate of production and speed. Technology in the workplace has helped workers become more efficient than ever before. What used to take hours now can take minutes.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
With the region’s new vision, I believe implementing the Orderak Platform forces all of us to be innovative and creative. Mindset has been changing, and the new generation is taking the lead. Technology Is changing business culture. Technology in the workplace has made it both possible and practical to work with multiple projects and clients at the same time, and with Orderak, we are raising the bar of the services in the region.
What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
I believe that the ORDERAK brand and all of its aforementioned components will be a perfect fit for the region’s new vision, starting with the country’s technological prowess and concluding with its up-to-date features. With an eye toward 2030, governments are moving their focus away from oil toward digitizing different businesses. These are seen as a foundation of the economy. A major component will be services. Thus ORDERAK’s excellent technology and ability to operate in SERVICES will be ideal for implementation at this time.
What are the key values which helped you to overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership.
Building the right team and partnership, We have been concentrating a lot on building the right partnership. As we believe partnership is one of the most important key points in any successful business. The team either succeeds or fails. There will be no “one-man show,” and we want to make the best partnering and hiring decisions. We have a 5-year plan for all stakeholders to believe in this vision to complete our milestones.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
“I love thinking about what the future of orderak should look like. It is constantly in the back of my mind as I think about the decisions we make with our clients, our investments, our team, and the culture we want to be building internally.
Annually, I present a 5-year picture of where I see the company heading to our board. In the latest presentation of our 5-year picture of orderak, I highlighted several goals I see as important to our future.
These goals include: winning a “best place to work” award, receiving the highest level of partner recognition for all of the major categories, increasing our trust and respect in the local market by earning partner relationships with over 1,000 vendors, and truly being a thought leader where it matters most for us by being asked to speak at the national and international business events.
I’m hoping to continue to find great people who want to help our company accomplish these ambitious goals. It’s going to take a lot of work to get to where we want to go, and we are confident that with our current team and continuing to bring in high-caliber individuals, we’ll be able to achieve those goals, among many others.”
